Dear Lockerz Member:
Thank you for contacting Lockerz. Last night we discovered that a whole lot of
emails that members sent us never made it to us. We are very sorry about that,
and are in the process of upgrading our email response system.
In the meantime, we are sending this automated email to members who emailed us
in the last week. This email contains the answers to a lot of common questions.
If this email doesn’t answer your specific question, please respond to

Here are the answers to common questions:
REDEMPTION ORDERS: We’re processing orders from the redemption as we speak…err,
type, and have already started shipping some of the prizes. More prizes will be
shipped over the next 7 to 10 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation
when your prize is shipped. Some members have not seen PTZ deducted for prizes
they redeemed in November. Your PTZ will be deducted shortly after your prize
is shipped.
PTZ COUNTS: We adjusted PTZ counts, and then invite counts, earlier this week.
Your invites PTZ were adjusted when PTZ were adjusted, so you wouldn’t have
received additional invites PTZ when you saw your invites count adjusted. We’re
still experiencing a few display errors, but just know that your PTZ are stored
safely in our database and we’ll be working to correct the errors every few
days.
AMNESTY PTZ ADJUSTMENT: We HAVE NOT adjusted PTZ from the Amnesty Program. We
will do that over the next 10 days.
NEW MEMBER ACCOUNTS: Newer members who have joined in the past 3 weeks may have
a problem with broken accounts where their PTZ aren’t registered to their
account and nothing shows up on their MyLockerz page. We’re working on a fix
right now.
SENDING INVITES: Some invites are not currently being sent out properly. Once
this is fixed, invites you have sent will be delivered. We don’t think you’ll
need to resend invites.
ACCEPTING INVITES: The link in Lockerz invitations is not working properly.
This is causing three problems: 1) invitees may not be able to get to the
Lockerz site from the invitation, 2) invitees complete their information on the
registration page, but are then told their email address is already in the
system, and 3) inviter accounts may show that invitee has not accepted when
invitee has accepted.
LOGIN PROBLEMS: Some members can not login. That is a problem with our site,
not your account.
Z-LIST T-SHIRTS: Our Z-List has been growing so fast that our t-shirt supply
can't keep up. If you recently achieved Z-List status, we must ask you to wait
until January to receive your t-shirt.
NEXT RESTOCK: We are not announcing the date of the next restock. Keep checking
in everyday!
